SHIPPING INFORMATION

ORDERS ARE PROCESSED MONDAY - FRIDAY.

Orders placed after 5:30 pm will not be processed until Monday (excluding holidays)

Please note that once you place your order it takes our system 1-2 business days to process the actual payment. Your order is shipped within 3-5 business days from processing payment time (most times a lot sooner).

SIZING?

All scrub sets tend to run small and are fitted/stretchy material. Please go up a size. For example, If you are normally a size small you should order a size medium.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

All scrub sets should be washed inside out in cold water. Machine wash normal or delicate. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Iron on low/medium setting.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

We Thank you for shopping with us. If for some reason you need to return an item you have 20 days from the time order is delivered to return or exchange your order.

Please note All returns or exchanges are at the cost of the customer unless Compassion Scrubs made an error. If you receive a defective item, we will be happy to replace it for you or offer you Compassion Scrubs Store Credit.

Original shipping charges are non refundable. We will however exchange items with no additional shipping charge.
